My health changed because of my diet, Can you do that too?

Lets talk about weight loss,  Its an issue where a lot of  women around the world have this problem, Most of us love to eat  a simple cookie, or have a  mocha from Starbucks, I will never say that I didn’t have this concern where I really wanted  to have  piece of  truffle mushroom burger .  This year I made sure to control myself and know what’s going on,  I made a plan for the whole month since the beginning of the year.

I also feel  more healthy and confident,  I am much more active Than before ,  Although this takes time.   however  my face has less pimples and its much more bright and colorful.

  • Being Stressed Out
    It’s hard to lose weight if you’re always stressed out. That’s because stress triggers the body to release cortisol, an appetite-stimulating stress hormone. Even if you’re not feeling especially hungry, stress can cause mindless snacking.

Weight loss can be very irritating. But it is a   fun and educational at times, when learning about a new activity, making sure you’re healthy enough with what you eat.  for example, making sure that the sport is good for you. And you can do that sport at this weight. But it can be very stressful especially when you’re used to a practical diet and you’re trying to change it.

I am not a  doctor, But I know how can it be tiresome. not having your favorite dish, and not wearing anything you want, can be very disturbing because of the sense of loss. Every day I feel the same way if I am not being sporty or even if my weight wasn’t lost, I would just love to feel healthy and live a long happy and good life.

The difficult part for me is that when I go to restaurants I have to pick out everything slowly and make sure that I know what kind of sauce it is if the specific restaurant has a special sauce.   which is difficult to know since its secret. For your health try to ask what it contains.

( But I will be completely honest I have never asked what’s inside this sauce).

It is sometimes also hard when traveling to a country come to think it, Mostly if the country is famous for its food, For example, Turkey Istanbul which has a very difficult part to get healthy options, even though if I asked for it. However, eating can be a very smart thing to do if planned correctly.

I seriously work a lot in my eating habits which is helping me more healthy by the day or the minute I am not lazy anymore. I am very active and getting more healthy by the minute. Yes, I secretly miss hiding the food by the door and snacking from it at 9 pm. Or even going out at every cafe in the city.

They say old habits die hard,  ITs true sometimes when you don’t realize you have better things to do for example if I would say: sleeping late at night is a very good thing. will I believe you should try hard and change this habit and try your best to adjust this?

OK, we were having a talk about health, which includes habits and wellness which I love to call, as smart because whatever you do being active helps in your diet, at least exercising it helps you feel confident and beautiful. It certainly felt for me,  My only one regret with all this is that I don’t sleep a lot.  It also makes want to keep going for months. which is a good habit.

MY daily activities which include exercising, and doing yoga.  I would love to re swim in the sea, but the weather is so cold right and is always changing, so I try to do exercise with music every day.  especially dance workout which helps a lot in keeping me active I also try to jog daily. because its a very good way to lose weight.

My breakfast is very colorful with different tastes every day,  I try to drink milk every once a week.  but every day is black coffee from coffee beans, called Arabica. my favorite coffee. ( we will be posting about this coffee next week)  Ok, let me show you some of my favorite recipe it is healthy.

Here is the banana pancakes recipe:

  • Protein 19g
  • Fat 19g
  • Net carbs 34g
  • Ingredients:
  • 1and half banana ( -50g)
  • 1 whole eggs (-100g)
  • banana
  • 3og of rolled oats ( uncooked)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (-5g)
  • 1 and a half tsp peanut butter ( without added sugar)
  • A tiny bit of cinnamon


  1. peel and cut the banana(s) into slices
  2. Add sliced banana, egg(s) and rolled oats into a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Heat up coconut oil in a frying pan.
  4. drop 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture from the blender into the heated pan.
  5. cook on low heat for three minutes on each side
  6. repeat steps 3-5 until no mixture is left
  7. top with peanut butter and cinnamon and serve, and enjoy.

Having a diet can be very successful if you plan your month.  It is just a matter of planning and seeing what can you do the future has plans for anyone of us,  but we should know our way around no matter what the obstacle gives us.

So yes I am not a nutritionist but I know some stuff about it, I know health is important and I know its need to be done very accordingly to a very organized plan.  This year I care a lot for my health and because of that, I changed.
